RASA Pan Palace operates the RASA Pan Palace app and website, which let you browse our menu and place orders for pickup or delivery. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean RASA Pan Palace, Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Account details: your name, email address and profile photo when you sign in with Google or Apple, and your phone number when you provide it.

Order details: the items you order, add-ons, order notes, chosen store, delivery address and order history.

Payment details: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive a payment confirmation and reference number only — we never see or store your card, UPI PIN or banking credentials.

Technical details: basic device and log information needed to keep the service secure and working.

To prepare, fulfil and deliver your orders, and to print your order ticket in our kitchen.

To show your order status and order history, and to let you reorder quickly.

To contact you about a specific order if there is a problem.

To keep the service secure, prevent misuse and meet our legal and tax obligations.

We share only what is necessary with the services that run the app: our hosting and database provider, Google and Apple for sign-in, and Razorpay for payments. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We keep your account and order records for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.

You can review and update your profile in the app at any time, and sign out from the profile screen.

You can ask us to delete your account and personal data by emailing us. Once deleted, your order history cannot be recovered.

The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
